
Bruce Woodman, Managing Director
Bruce is a co-founder of Pure Energy Professionals Ltd. He has served as
a director, officer or adviser in large and respected renewable energy
organisations with activities in the UK, Europe, the USA and Canada. In
addition, he has been instrumental in creating or assisting a number of
start-up companies and enterprises within renewable energy. He has
advised on private equity investments, and has helped companies raise
equity from a number of sources including public offerings. Bruce has
presented papers at industry forums such as the European Wind Energy
Conference.

Fiona Woodman ACA, Company Director
Fiona is an experienced chartered accountant. She has helped to
start and then administer a number of renewable energy companies.
In addition Fiona has provided assistance to the Centre for Climate Change Impact Forecasting (C-CLIF). She is experienced in the
management, auditing, and sale of green certificates. Fiona has been involved in the setting up, sale, and purchase of renewable energy
companies.

Ben Lundie, Commercial Director
Ben is a trained corporate and commercial lawyer who has specialised
for many years in renewable energy. He has worked on large scale wind projects, both onshore and offshore, on behalf of large utilities and has advised clients in the waste to energy sphere. Ben has transaction, project structuring and financial expertise. Recently he has specialised
in commercial contracts and financings for small or 'difficult' early stage projects. Ben brings a wealth of understanding and expertise to commercial contracts and negotiations. He is a member of the Securities Institute.

Jack Chambers, Project Engineer
Jack graduated in 2008 with a MEng in Engineering with Business Management from Warwick University. With extensive education in design, mechanical engineering and fluid dynamics as well as renewables, he undertakes analytical projects and assists with the management of wind farms nationwide.

James Davison, Project Engineer
James is currently undertaking studies for an MEng in Renewable Energy, which will allow him a direct route to chartered engineer status. He has worked on the research, appraisal, design and construction elements of biomass conversion technologies with PEP, developing a specialisation in torrefaction and gasification. James has experience in large scale resource assessments, as well as domestic feasibility studies, providing him with the capability to consider the technical, economic and social aspects of all forms of renewable energy projects.

Daniel Letch, Project Developer
Daniel heads the Project Development team. He has an excellent understanding of the technological and environmental development issues important to the deployment of renewable energy technologies. Daniel has advised on technical development, resource assessment, access and grid connection matters during pre- and full due diligence for over 1000MW of wind project transactions across a range of countries and climates. He has also led the successful development of green field and industrial wind projects, and is a member of the Energy Institute.

Lambert Kleinjans, Project Coordinator
Lambert has co-ordinated and been involved in due diligence and screening of over a GW of wind projects across Europe and the US. He has been involved in the development of wind projects across the UK, Poland, Belgium and France, both on and off-site. With these projects Lambert has led stakeholder consultation, 3rd party management, budget management and reporting. He has a strong understanding of the commercial side of project development. Lambert has a BSc Honours degree in Renewable Energy and is also fluent in Dutch. Prior to working at PEP he was involved in the European biofuel project "Refuel" at ECN in the Netherlands.
