As part of the wider group PEP has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Pure Energy Ventures (PEV) and Green Peninsula.
The PEP group
Green Peninsula is an advisory business that helps large private sector organisations to develop their renewable energy strategy and then to implement it. It has a notable client list including IKEA, Asda and Vodafone.
Pure Energy Ventures (PEV) is a corporate and investment advisory firm that focuses on renewables and clean technology and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
PEP works with clients around the world in
different areas of clean energy technology.
PEP has advised on structuring companies, acquisitions, building management teams and boards, and helping to raise funds. We regularly put due diligence teams together and participate in extensive business research for our clients.
Over our history we have worked in the wind industry and in recent years we have become heavily involved in new technologies that we believe to have real promise: notably wave; tidal stream; and biomass.
Increasingly we are being asked to act as independent 'watchdog' advisers to provide insight and market intelligence in order to help our clients form better decisions.
